What is your turnaround time?

This varies depending on the design of the cakes, but generally, the order must be placed at least 3 days in advance to be completed on time. However, availability is always changing so 2-3 weeks’ notice is usually perfect timing to secure your ideal date. The earlier is always the better but don’t let that stop you from inquiring, we’re always happy to check our calendar!

Is delivery available?

Delivery is available for an additional fee (varies by distance) subject to availability. It is usually reserved only for larger orders or cakes requiring assembly at the venue. Uber package is a popular option amongst customers.

Do you make gluten-free custom cakes?

Gluten-free cakes are not available but we can accommodate gluten-friendly cakes. Please note that gluten-containing cakes are made in the same kitchen and cross-contamination can occur.

Do you make vegan custom cakes?

Yes! Vegan flavors are available. You can view the flavors available here.

How do I place an order?

Fill out the cake inquiry form on our website and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible! Please be as detailed as possible. Once we’ve provided a quote, a deposit is required to finalize your order. No deposit = no order.
